Final Steps Bermuda will be joining the Bermuda Health Council live on Facebook on Wednesday, September 1st at 12.30 p.m. for an important discussion on end-of-life planning.

Did you know about 56% of people have not communicated their end-of-life wishes? In the time of COVID-19 it is important to talk with loved-ones about the tough decisions of end-of-life care.

The discussion will address the following questions:

o What does “Conversation Ready” mean?
o What steps to take to prepare for end of life care?
o How to communicate your wishes to your family and doctor?
o What is the impact of not having the conversation?

There will also be a Q&A segment for members of the public. Submit questions to healthcouncil@bhec.bm for the live Q&A segment. Discussions will be streamed live on the Bermuda Health Council's Facebook page
