Richie is a recent cancer survivor, a Red Cross Volunteer, a former police officer and current team leader of the Bermuda Road Safety Council's Western Psych Social First Responders.

End of Life Care: Conversation Ready - or Not?
Final Steps Bermuda will be joining the Bermuda Health Council live on Facebook on Wednesday, September 1st at 12.30 p.m. for an important discussion on end-of-life planning.
Did you know about 56% of people have not communicated their end-of-life wishes? In the time of COVID-19 it is important to talk with loved-ones about the tough decisions of end-of-life care.
The discussion will address the following questions:
o What does “Conversation Ready” mean?
o What steps to take to prepare for end of life care?
o How to communicate your wishes to your family and doctor?
o What is the impact of not having the conversation?
